Return Policy

This policy describes cancellation and refund handling for digital subscriptions and onboarding services.

Cancellation Before Renewal

Subscribers may cancel before the next billing cycle. Access remains active through the paid period unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Requests

Initial purchase refund requests are reviewed case-by-case within 14 calendar days, considering activation status and delivered service scope.

Non-Refundable Components

Completed custom onboarding work already delivered according to agreement is generally non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, normally within 10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Consumer Disputes

If needed, Swedish consumers can escalate unresolved matters through ARN or relevant EU dispute channels.
